The conference venue, Royal Olympic Hotel, is the official hotel for SLT2018 delegates. Conference delegates will benefit from specially negotiated prices.

• Free of charge wi-fi internet connection throughout the hotel as well as in the rooms
• All service taxes and other hotel fees*

Cancellation policy

• For cancellations prior to 8 November 2018 there will be no charges.
• For cancellations from 9 November 2018 up to 72 hours before customer arrival, 1 night will be charged.
• For cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the full amount corresponding to the customer’s stay will be charged.
